Shelia Briscoe, MD

Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Shelia Briscoe is a native of Texas. She was born and in Beaumont, Texas. She attended undergraduate college at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and obtained a Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Tx.

Dr. Briscoe completed her Internship and Residency as a house staff physician at John Sealy Hospital and affiliated hospitals with the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX.

She was on the Baylor College of Medicine staff as an Assistant Professor in the Family Medicine Department, Community Medicine Department, Harris County Hospital District, and Baylor Refugee clinic. Dr. Briscoe is a member of multiple professional and social associations. She is a recipient of multiple academic honors and awards.
